Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Amendments to the “List of State Bodies (Institutions) Carrying Out Audiovisual Terrestrial Broadcasting,” Approved by Decree No. 1844 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 17, 2022

Guided by Paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby decree:

The following parts 3-1 and 7 shall be added to the “List of State Bodies (Institutions) Carrying Out Audiovisual Terrestrial Broadcasting,” approved by Decree No. 1844 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 17, 2022 (published in the Legislative Collection of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2022, No. 9, Article 1033, Volume I):

"3-1. 'Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Television and Radio Broadcasting' Closed Joint-Stock Company – 'Nakhchivan TV' television broadcaster."

"7. 'Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Television and Radio Broadcasting' Closed Joint-Stock Company – 'Nakhchivan Radio' radio broadcaster."
