Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan
On Approval of the "List of State Authorities (Institutions) Engaged in Terrestrial Audiovisual Broadcasting" and the "List of State Authorities (Institutions) Eligible to Establish Print Media Entities"

Guided by Article 109, paragraph 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and in connection with the implementation of the Presidential Decree No. 1589 dated February 8, 2022, "On the Application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 30, 2021, No. 471-VIQ, ‘On Media,’ and Regulation of Related Issues," I hereby decree:

  1. The "List of State Authorities (Institutions) Engaged in Terrestrial Audiovisual Broadcasting" shall be approved (attached).

  2. The "List of State Authorities (Institutions) Eligible to Establish Print Media Entities" shall be approved (attached).
